The Polycom (Poly) VVX D230 DECT cordless handset, part number 2200-49235-001, is a wireless expansion handset for the VVX D230 DECT IP phone system. It communicates over the DECT standard with a VVX D230 base station (sold separately), which connects the system to the IP network using the Open SIP protocol.
The handset operates in the DECT bands 1880-1900 MHz and 1920-1930 MHz and is supplied in black. It suits small business, retail, warehouse and administrative environments that need in-building mobility alongside desk-phone calling features.
