3M Temflex vinyl electrical tape 165,  is flame retardant, pressure-sensitive adhesive.

For Indoor And Protected Outdoor Use: Use where it is required to have a more sustainable, vinyl electrical tape with no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Primary Insulation: Use as insulation on applications up to 600 V at maximum temperature of 80 °C (176 °F) and minimum temperature of -10 °C (14 °F) on joints and splices in wires and cable (UL510).

Overwrap Build-Up: For the harnessing and bundling of wires and cables where build-up is needed and minimum bulk is required.
