The Prysmian Cable F-RCF1A1J-12-B1-144-E1 is a 144 core Ribbon Central Tube Single Jacket Armored Bend-Insensitive Single-Mode (ITU G.657.A1 & G.652.D) fiber optic cable. This cable delivers high-density fiber capacity in an ultra-compact and lightweight design, ideal for outside plant (OSP) deployments. It contains fiber bend-insensitive ribbons, tightly rolled into a compact central tube, reducing overall diameter and weight for easier installation and use in smaller ducts.
Despite its compact size, the 250μm ribbons retain full compatibility with mass fusion splicing equipment, offering fast and efficient splicing while supporting standard industry tools. This cable is fully gel-free, utilizing dry water-blocking elements for cleaner, faster closure preparation and termination. Built to meet GR-20 and ICEA 640 standards, it ensures mechanical and environmental durability. With ISO and TL 9000 certifications, the FusionLink™ cable is a reliable choice for applications requiring high fiber counts, reduced installation costs, and seamless splicing in modern fiber network builds.
FusionLinkTM with FlexRibbon® Technology provides an ultra-compact outside plant cable design that contains bend insensitive fibers. By using FlexRibbon® technology, ribbons are rolled up and packed together in a small diameter sub unit. While FlexRibbon® provides high packing density, these 250μm fiber ribbons still provide the advantages of mass fusion splicing.
