These Samlex America Step-Up DC-DC Converters offer high-efficiency switched-mode step-up DC/DC conversion. These up-converters change an input voltage of 13.8 Vdc nominal--actually, a range of 9 Vdc to 18 Vdc--to a highly regulated output voltage of up to 27.5 Vdc. These converters are non-isolated and provide no isolation between their negative input and output. Therefore, these units are meant for use in negative-ground systems.
