The Sticklers MCC-WCS100 CleanWipes 600 from MicroCare is a portable dispenser box of optical-grade, lint-free wipes for cleaning fiber optic connector end-faces. The box holds 100 wipes and is designed to clean 600 connector end-faces or 100 bare fibers for fusion splicing, used dry or in a wet-dry process with Sticklers Fiber Optic Splice & Connector Cleaner (MCC-POC03M).
Each wipe measures 2" x 4.25" (5.08 cm x 10.8 cm) and the wipes are smooth, white, streak-free and free of glues or bleach that could re-deposit on an end-face. Typical applications include carrier and enterprise networks, cable assembly production, R&D and test labs, and network installation kits. The product is referenced against end-face cleaning standards including IEC 61300-3-35 and ANSI/TIA 568.3D-2016.
